USING THE TIME WELL WITH BIM TECHNOLOGY
For the most challenging facilities of today, SAAS is a cloud based solution software. BIM uses a 3D dragging media to navigate in the Project site. Thanks to the faster-than-ever description and assignment of facility maintenance requirements, the facility technician is provided with complete information on the service environment. As a function of the facility maintenance, BIM captures meta data from a BIM model and ensures the addition of OEM documents to the smart objects in BIM’s data set. This ensures instant access to the critical information on the certain building components.
